Returns policy
The repl4stic.gr can replace a product you received that is defective by the manufacturer at its discretion. The customer must inform us within 7 calendar days of receipt. The costs of returning the product to our headquarters are borne by you initially, and if it is proven to be defective, you will receive a new product with all shipping costs (including the original) being borne by us. On the receipt you receive, there are clear instructions on what to do if you wish to return a product. Please respect these simple instructions in order to be served as soon as possible.
-In case of a wrong order by the customer, it would be wise to contact us by phone in order to replace the product. In this case the costs should be borne by the customer. We will not be able to accept returns on products that are not kept in our stock, and come on special order for the customer.
-If due to an error by repl4stic.gr or its supplier regarding a product that was sent and does not fit you, contact us IMMEDIATELY and DO NOT try to modify / change it as it will NOT be refundable. Returns are accepted only in the original packaging and condition, even if it is an error of repl4stic.gr.
-In case of wrong size or wrong product selection by the customer, there is the possibility of returning and reshipment of the correct size with the costs to be borne by the customer.
– At repl4stic.gr we are sure of the best possible packaging for each and every order. However, until the parcel reaches you, the courier’s transportation is intermediated. BEFORE you receive and sign, check the package you are receiving. ONLY if you see that the package arrived in your hands damaged in one or more of the above points, you must sign “with reservation” under your signature, opening the package in front of the carrier. If you see and show that the product has been damaged, you must immediately call the courier and report it. The courier will then inform you of the actions that can be taken. If you do NOT do this, you unfortunately lose any right to compensation etc.
